“Enjoyed our stay here. Resort was lovely and close to alot of restaurants and markets. They even had a shuttle bus that took you to the beach daily”

“This was like an apartment style stay, but a much more cooler experience. The suites are very nicely designed, spacious, and comfortable. The entire staff was very friendly, attentive & accommodating with round the clock reception customer service. It’s also at a walkable distance from the beach & cute shops. We will definitely stay here again when we plan a trip to Bali!”

“The stay was ok. Staff were friendly and was always ready to offer assistance. And garden was maintained and cleaned. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean but could require more attention to detail. We stayed during christmas season, and understood that it is the busy season. When we arrived, one of our rooms were not ready yet and have to wait an hour after expected check_in time. It was ok, however, we were tired after a long flight. And waiting for a room that you would expect to...

“Villa that’s supposed to be fairly new. It was extremely ran down damaged walls, dirty carpet just a very unpleasantly experience within the room.”

“クタの中心にあるので便利。クタビーチにも歩いていける。 ホテルはビラで広い！キレイ。 お部屋にプールもあるし、スパもキレイでよかった。選べる朝食がいつもお部屋まで持って来てくれる。アフタヌーンティーがあるなど色んなサービスがありました。 虫問題があるので、虫除けなどは必須。 バリの方の特徴なのかこのホテルの方なのか英語が通じないと思っているのか… 何かオーダーしたら、あそこにあります。 ウォータークーラーの水があったかいと言えばここを押せば冷たいのが出ます。 コットンをください。洗面台にあります。 ないから言ってるんですけどね〜ってコミュニケーション不足でして、オーダーすることはやめました。 外のテーブルにリスがフンしてて、紙で拭いただけで朝食をセットしようとしてて… たぶんこれも日本との違いだけなのかなぁ。と思いました。”
