“The rooms needed deep cleaning and everything smelled like sour milk unfortunately. We have stayed here a few times before and it was always so clean. This time there were stains on pillow and the bed smelled like a baby spit up all over it and owed all over it and it smelled like sour rotten milk. We recommend the owners and property management crew replace all the mattresses and pillow and sheets/pillow cases. That should be a requirement every 3-6 months as the number of sweaty people...

“This was like an apartment style stay, but a much more cooler experience. The suites are very nicely designed, spacious, and comfortable. The entire staff was very friendly, attentive & accommodating with round the clock reception customer service. It’s also at a walkable distance from the beach & cute shops. We will definitely stay here again when we plan a trip to Bali!”

“The stay was ok. Staff were friendly and was always ready to offer assistance. And garden was maintained and cleaned. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean but could require more attention to detail. We stayed during christmas season, and understood that it is the busy season. When we arrived, one of our rooms were not ready yet and have to wait an hour after expected check_in time. It was ok, however, we were tired after a long flight. And waiting for a room that you would expect to...

“クタの中心にあるので便利。クタビーチにも歩いていける。 ホテルはビラで広い！キレイ。 お部屋にプールもあるし、スパもキレイでよかった。選べる朝食がいつもお部屋まで持って来てくれる。アフタヌーンティーがあるなど色んなサービスがありました。 虫問題があるので、虫除けなどは必須。 バリの方の特徴なのかこのホテルの方なのか英語が通じないと思っているのか… 何かオーダーしたら、あそこにあります。 ウォータークーラーの水があったかいと言えばここを押せば冷たいのが出ます。 コットンをください。洗面台にあります。 ないから言ってるんですけどね〜ってコミュニケーション不足でして、オーダーすることはやめました。 外のテーブルにリスがフンしてて、紙で拭いただけで朝食をセットしようとしてて… たぶんこれも日本との違いだけなのかなぁ。と思いました。”
