When I first arrived in UB there was a pretty ordinary shed cluttering up the square with this dinosaur head popping out. The story inside of the rescued dinosaur skeleton was well told and fascinating. #dinosaurs
I foresee this new sign in Ulaanbaatar will be on the newest batch of postcards from here. Let’s see if I’m right. The Blue Sky building in the Centre is no longer the biggest building in town but it still remains iconic.
The Wedding Palace is not a religious place. It's where many people get married before moving on to a reception centre. The ger in the grounds is a symbol of the nomadic culture. A ger door will always face south. #ger #Details The strong Mongolian light draws the eye to the wedding ger. In a small area on downtown Ulaanbaatar you can capture the old and the new in architecture.

The burnt out old wrestling palace has not changed since I arrived here over 18 months ago. I think it'll probably just languish here in this state until it falls over. Just like an old wrestler perhaps!
