“Clean, comfortable, convenient. Good location for exploring the Cotswolds. Easy contactless checkin/out. We had an issue with the bathroom fan which was resolved promptly by a young man who took time to share local restaurant recommendations. Communal kitchen facilities were handy. 10 minute walk to main street with lots of restaurants and Tesco express. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family. ”

“Room was clean and just what we needed. Staff were helpful, however when attending for breakfast I was told ‘it’s closing’ rather than just offered a seat, when breakfast was due to be open for another hour. We then also had a small bite in the lounge area the next day, and the food took nearly 40mins. We used the spa facilities, and these are always great. The room was comfy and just as we would expect. It’s the second time we have stayed, and would go back again. ”

“We stayed 1 nite in room 7 lovely room and amazing shower room which is an old vault only downside is it does flood the whole area but was worth it bed was comfortable it doesn’t have phone network so be prepared to use there free WiFi also doesn’t have normal tv channels you have to sign into Netflix luckily we have Netflix so was easy to do wat really impressed us was def the shower area in room 7 it was awesome we will def return to room 7 if in Swindon :)”
