Great novel getaway

We had a short stay in London and wanted to make the most of it. One Aldwych really fit the bill. This is a beautiful boutique hotel in Covent Garden and was central to absolutely everything. The front desk was incredibly kind. The front desk manager was a lovely lady who helped us settle in and truly took care of our family. She really made our visit very special. We were traveling with a baby and really appreciated all the amenities that the hotel laid forth, including a crib in the room, a miniature bathroom for the baby, and a little tent there. It was extremely easy to get onto the Underground, get an Uber, or jump on the hopping-off bus that stopped right in front of the hotel. The kindness, amenities, and location of this hotel really make our trip special. Thank you very much. We look forward to coming back soon.

Perfect hotel for a busy first trip to London! Walking distance to so many things and easy connection to the Tube, busses, and water taxi. Insanely busy outside, but extremely quiet inside.

Wonderful decor and brilliant breakfast

A FIND. I booked Hotel 41 based on a review posted to this site. I was not disappointed. An attentive welcome wrapped in a genuine friendliness was the start. The property purrs like a well-tuned engine. If you need a grand porte cochere, this is not for you, but if you want an excellent location close to the District line and within a 30min walk to the National Gallery, Chelsea, sites etc., a smart, club-like home away from home feel, and a very well appointed room with no detail overlooked, it is hard to imagine a better fit. I will return.
