Nothing much to like. Spent 7 days and only had my room cleaned (PARTIALLY) once, just once, sheets not changed, no new soap, and staff was very overworked. For such a wonderful location, the owners seem to be milking this property and not willing to hire a full staff or upgrade the facility. Would not stay in this hotel again.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The location is incredible, literally 2 blocks from Pier 39. Every staff member was incredibly helpful and genuinely happy and friendly. But best of all was rhe breakfast buffet. It had everything we could ask for and more, and incredibly fresh. I will be looking for Riu hotels everywhere I travel now because of this hotel!
