“The lodge was very clean, parking was easy and the location was an easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The room was small and had no air circulation. The mattresses were low quality and the bed squeaked with every slight movement.”

“The staff where very polite and the food in the bar was excellent.... There was also plenty of parking, which has been an issue in the 15 years i have been visiting Ballina and staying elsewhere. There are plenty of aminities but unfortunatly i did not use any of them...”

“Pros: All staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast (and other meals) from the adjoining restaurant, Jack Fenn, was good. Parking was easy and convenient, being free, and right outside the front door. Very comfortable environment, loved the smell of the fire as we walked in to check in. Nice wooded area to walk around (although I was disappointed in humanity to see so much trash along the beautiful trails). Cons: Water was barely warm enough to shower, but good water pressure. ...

“I paid almost 250 euros for a double room and still didn't include breakfast. Also, the Jakucci wasn't working, the water was cold, and there was nothing they could do. As if that was my problem. When you pay that amount of money, you expect everything to work. At least they could have offered something to compensate, but they didn't. Obviously they didn't care at all. ”
