“The hotel has 175 rooms, my friend and I we were the only guests in the hotel. They gave us a terrible welcome, they didn't provide to us any information and they lied about services.
They didn't open to us the bowling, they didn't want to open the swimming pool and they were rude when we tried to complain. It was not a language issue, because my friend speaks Polish.
Luckily, the manager she was kind and helped us because the receptionists were totally unprofessional for a 4 stars hotel....

“First, we asked two questions through the Expedia app and did not receive an answer. Second, apparently parking inside the gated community is not available. We were not given a code for the car gate. We waited untill a tenant opened it and followed them in. Then we had confusion because there are three entrys to the building, not one. Another tenant at the first entrance was rude, not helpful and told us to move our car. We found a wonderful tenant walking her dog. She put her car in the...

“ESTE PAIS NO ESTA PREPARADO PARA EL TURISMO, LAS PERSONAS NO SABEN ATENDERTE COMO SE MERECE UN CLIENTE.LAS COMIDAS SON BUENAS, AUNQUE NADIE TE SABE ACONSEJAR NADA. ES UN PAIS MUDO, SILENCIOSO Y CAUTO. PARECE QUE VAMOS A INVADIR SU ESPACIO Y NO TE ATIENDEN, TE ECHAN NADA MAS LLEGAR.
