Disliked: Check-in, communication
First, we asked two questions through the Expedia app and did not receive an answer. Second, apparently parking inside the gated community is not available. We were not given a code for the car gate. We waited untill a tenant opened it and followed them in. Then we had confusion because there are three entrys to the building, not one. Another tenant at the first entrance was rude, not helpful and told us to move our car. We found a wonderful tenant walking her dog. She put her car in the garage and gave us her parking spot. Then, thankfully, she walked with us to find the third entrance and made sure we gained access to the building. Of course when we went out the next day, we could not open the car gate and had to wait for someone to leave so we could exit. When we returned at night, we couldn't open the car gate. We parked on the street. The rainfall shower head is broken. It pours out around the edges. There was no dryer for laundry. The following day we did notice a drying rack out on the deck.
