“Had a lovely stay at this hotel, room was lovely, clean and everything we needed, continental breakfast had plenty of cereal to chose from, yoghurts, cereal bars, toast, fruit, lots of choices of drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again, if we plan to go to this area again.”

“We only stayed one night, so didn’t really have time to use e.g the bar & didn’t have dinner there. But that said, we were able to park - it was an extra cost of £6 not included in the booking cost. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a tad tired, with a bit of crack in the top of bath rim; but it was perfectly usable. “The hotel is very worn in all areas - carpet dirty and coming up. Hallways are dark and dingy. The room was dirty with mold in the bathroom. No AC and the window only opened 1 inch so the room was incredibly hot despite 2 fans. The location is great but I would never stay here again. I left early to go to the Holiday Inn.”

“One approaches the hotel with a drive through beautiful woodland and then arrive at a breathtakung Elizabethan revival manor house, the archtecture is truly impressive and the interior does not disappoint either.
