Vacations Close To Trinity River

A terrible loss, one of my friends car was stolen from the property and the hotel management wee not too bothered about the incident

The front desk agent upon arrival was pleasant and helpful, very delightful demeanor. However, the room upon check in seemed to be ok, upon turning on light I witnessed 2 roaches dash across the table where tv stands. I immediately contacted front desk and room was changed. The 2nd room water in tub never stopped running and room had a mildew moisture type of smell. It was too late to change hotels and I could not afford to book another room on such short notice. So, I sucked it up and suffered Happy with front desk, hotel and housekeeping was poor and executed without detail.

Overall a nice place. The welcome center is beautiful. The gym is very well equipped with Hoist Equipment which is good quality. Some pulley attachments were missing, but good variety. The apartment itself was nice. A few minor things were missing like a few individual blinds from one bedroom window. The kitchen was great as was the layout. The location is great off 75 and 635, with that said, you can hear the road noise from the freeway, so if you’re a heavy sleeper, not a problem. Bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were good. The parking can be a challenge as there are only 10 spots so if you come late, they can be taken. Communication with the host was excellent and they get a 10 out of 10. Overall it served its purpose.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Easy check in. Great location near the airport. Super clean. Smelled really good. Good parking. Safe. Nice decor. Highly recommend.

This place was amazing and it’s also family friendly

The hotel has the veneer of looking nice, but up close it does not look great. The location is great if you like nightlife, and it is loud all night. The rooms look like dorm rooms with posters on the wall. The sliding doors to close for the bedroom did not work correctly. There were stains all over the pleather couch, ants and roaches in the room, most likely because our window had a view to where all the garbage was collected on the second floor. Thin walls that keep no noise out, and not great drywall and paint. The only high point was the staff. They were great and responded to what they could. Unfortunately, we definitely would never stay here again.
