They have a virtual front desk, so there is no front desk with a person behind it. No bathroom in the lobby either. The property is very antiquated, dark and dirty. I’ll never be back.

Love this place. It's super central, so everything in LA is a short drive away, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. It's where I stay every time I'm in LA, and I wouldn't switch. Highly recommend.
