“Very friendly, welcoming and helpful owners and staff. A great breakfast too”

“The rooms are quite dated, the majority of the pictures shown are for the first floor rooms while the ground floor rooms are lot more dated and feel like the disparity is quite big. The room itself has two bathrooms and the ensuite had a very foul smell when we first entered and the second bathroom had a damp odour to it. Helen even asked me what milk we drink and made sure there was a pint of semi skimmed in the fridge on arrival.. Thanks Helen. The bed and the sofa were...

“Delightful accommodation, very comfy and perfect for a couple. Well sited for the SW coast path and/or the Eden Project.”
