“This is a very busy property and we felt the need of more immediate attention to our needs. This is not a property to be negotiated by the elderly. We had suitcases. We wished we had some prior notice/suggestion to repackage our necessities for portage down the hill from the car park to the property. The charm of this place is offset by the difficulty accessing it. We loved the views, the side alleys and the architecture but this is not a walkable venue for anyone with hip, knee or foot...

“The hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly and very helpful suggesting places to visit during our stay. Our room was beautiful, with some lovely touches. We had a coffee maker and yummy biscuits in our room. We also had dry robes in the wardrobe to use at the beach over the road. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious as was dinner. “Correcto para pasar una noche, la habitación es pequeña, pero funcional. El servicio muy bien, son muy amables, llegamos tarde e incluso nos dijeron que si hubiésemos avisado nos podrían haber tenido la cena hecha. Para cenar tienes pueblos muy cerca, unos 10 minutos.”

“Lovely stay at St.Moritz! A lot bigger than we realised but very nice. Lovely clean room & excellent bathroom. Everything we needed. Lovely fresh milk, quality biscuits and water in the fridge. It is called a cosy room but it was a lovely, well laid out room and the bathroom & shower was a good size. “First impression of reception was a bit of a muddle trying to locate my booking,but was shown to our bedroom which was very clean bright and airy,bed and linen looked new.Please get the small things right,window stays that don't because of the double glazing,net curtains need proper fixings,a days work could fix all the many small things that spoil the good ones.The dinning room and consevatory which is used for breakfast,are very good with fresh flowers on all tables.Cooked breakfast was very...
