“Buenas vistas en el Desayuno”

“My overall assessment on the stay would rate it no more than a three star. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be looked into. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was very good and the full English was excellent. The idea of filling out what you wanted for breakfast the previous day was not really how I would like it as this might change, I would prefer to decide on the day. Conclusion: The accommodation was a little tired and in need of a spruce up.”

“Hotel facil de encontrar. Algo alejado de algunos sitios pero bastante cercano a otras. La habitación muy grande y comoda. Cama bastante comoda. Baño grande, aunque con el plato de ducha mejorable. Puerta corredera de baño. Parking suficiente para aparcar y cerca de sitios para comer”

“Wouldn’t class this as a 4 star hotel.. it’s not only very out dated but just not clean or well kept at all. The bathroom is full of mould and dirt in all the corners, changing rooms for the spas are similar. Sauna has bugs crawling around it - not sure how they were alive in that heat. Someone must have had afternoon tea on the pool side room and this didn’t get tidied up for 3 hours.. not the best impression to be staring at a table of dirty dishes. Same in the restaurant and bar area -...

“All the staff went over an above to make our stay really relaxing and enjoyable. Nothing was to much trouble. Good ol fashioned service, for us it has set the benchmark that others will be judged by.”

“Habitación confortable, muy limpia, el desayuno muy rico. Está alejado del centro, sin embargo hay transporte público con buena frecuencia. El personal muy atento a resolver mis dudas y a proporcionar información util para nuestra estancia. ”

“The first room we were allocated had not been cleaned since the last occupancy however reception gave us another room and upgraded us for which we w ere grateful”

“The Sloop Inn is in a convenient location to explore the area. The bedroom was small and had too much furniture; the two chairs took up all the space left in the room to move around, open a suitcase. The only power sockets were behind the bed. In order to plug in my phone and other chargers, I had to pull the bed away from the wall about 15cm in a room that was already too small. The bathroom sink light did not work. The staff were great.”
