“The hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly and very helpful suggesting places to visit during our stay. Our room was beautiful, with some lovely touches. “The hotel was very well situated on a pedestrianised street. WiFi was very good. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of choice. The staff are helpful. The only thing I thought missing from the room was a dressing table with a mirror & seat, but otherwise plenty of storage.”

“A warm welcome from Jenny. Excellent breakfasts. A characterful property of considerable age with slightly quirky elements: who would expect statues of a Buddha and komodo dragon in a former abbey? Our en suite room room was spacious and clean. The large bed looked a little antique, but was very comfortable. Many would join us in liking like that mix of character and comfort.”
