The room and hotel was extremely unkept. The only think I did not agree on, is how they choose to charge for Valet as well as the nightly costs. I think it was a bit outrageous for the property even though it is Vegas.

Carolinna (??) at front desk extremely patient with "hard of hearing" older woman...knowledgeable and helpful.

I always enjoy my stay at the Rio Hotel and Casino. This time the bathroom in my room wasn't clean. I purchased items to clean it myself.
