The place is nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the bedroom tv would not turn off. I had to unplug it. It was quiet and relaxing. It is close enough to the strip if you want hit a casino or a show, and you don’t have to deal with the loud noise. It was a little weird to have the bath tub in the bedroom. But for couples that could be a plus.

The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was great but we found some previous guests take out in the minibar that was aging and smelling bad, very bad, The hotel immediately offered us a small mini fridge which was very helpful but the smell lingered for a couple of days.There was also a weird sticky mark under one of the chairs by the window which we only noticed on the last day when retrieving a pen that rolled under it, no biggie,The pet friendliness was amazing and definitely a BIG plus. If I may offer a suggestion, hose down the outdoor pet friendly area daily. In the summer the dogs tend to render it smelly very quickly. Overall, it was a great family experience and we all loved the hotel. We will definitely put on top of our list to return to.

Excellent customer service! We, family, come from California often (I would say quarterly, if not more) and I was really impressed with our stay at the Harrah’s. The accommodations are very clean and staff very friendly! Very impressive! So grateful we had great family time!
