No cleaning at all during our stay (four nights). Nothing to hang towels on in the bathroom. Otherwise a nice hotel rather close to city with nice restaurants.

As it is an aparthotel, we had no cleaning of whatever kind during our 4-day stay. The hotel is perfectly well situated at Tours train and bus station for visiting Loire castles. Have in mind that on weekends the breakfast starts at 8:30, so if you use public transport for your tourism, just forget about it.

No AC... It's got a pool and gym, which I didn't know until we arrived. I didn't pay much for room. It is a business area of the area, so it may have been cheaper at the weekend. What was worrying a family next to us found bugs in the room. They moved to another room. There is a small supermarket next door. You have to pay for parking on the street. I risked it and didn't get a ticket.

No AC, No Hairdryer, Shower head has to be held to be used, Dirty floors with circular burns in carpet, no toiletries or towels, no AC in fitness center, very sketchy area, dirty refrigerator, no coffee, very late checkin and very early checkout. Worst place I have EVER stayed.
