“This traditional Japanese Inn is thoroughly modern with excellent facilities, rooms, Michelin quality food, and helpful staff. We want to call out ‘Mikki’ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef. The onsens were also wonderful. A room here with breakfast and dinner included is an excellent value.”

“温泉地の昔ながらの観光旅館。クルマで来て、駐車場の誘導係からしてもう対応が完璧。カバンをクルマからフロントまで運んでもらったり、さらにチェックイン後には部屋まで持っていってもらえたりなんて最近は高級ホテルでもあまり経験のない素晴らしい対応。部屋は露天風呂つきを選択。自分専用なので温度は好きに変えられるし、時間も気にしなくて良いので最高でした。ただ上階の足音が夜まで気になったので、下駄箱のところに内履き用のスリッパを置いておいてほしかった。スリッパ履かせるだけで大分違うので。エアコンは最近の猛暑でもよく効き、WiFiも速い。電灯はリモコンでも消える。令和の客室に求められる設備は完璧に備えられている。食事は夕食も朝食もバイキング形式。値段相応ではある。地元ならではの鮎焼きとか渋めのものほど品質が良いので目利きが必要。いかにも冷凍っぽいものは子供が食べれば良いです。総じて、ガッカリさせない素晴らしいお宿でした。カップルとか親子とか、ハズレを引けない旅にオススメ。”

“熊野古道那智の滝に行くために宿泊しました。部屋は新しくはないが清潔で海も見えて景色が綺麗でした。食事もとても美味しかったのですが薄味が好きな私には少し塩味が強かったです。スタッフの気のいいお兄さんと仲良くなって食事の時間がとても楽しかったです。相方の誕生日で宿泊したのでお誕生日も祝ってもらえて最高な想い出になりました。温泉もとても良ったので次回は滝が見えるともっと嬉しいです。素敵な時間をありがとうございました。”

“Excellent onsen hotel right at the end of the first day of the Kohechi Kumano Kodo pilgrimage trail. I came for the onsen and mountain seclusion, but they had such good maps of the Kohechi at the front desk that I decided to walk back to Koyasan the day I checked out. It’s about 20km through the mountains from Nosegawa Onsen to Koyasan, walking on a mix of well-kept trails and paved roads; overall, a moderately difficult hike with very good signage. “A quiet hotel with a nice onsen on the balcony overlooking the river. Simple alkaline waters, not too hot, elaborate dinners and breakfast with nice sea and river fish dishes, good wifi. Comfortable rooms in a modern building. ”

“El templo es muy bonito, pero la experiencia muy decepcionante. En el check in no dan información del templo, te informan de horario de cena, desayuno y ceremonia, sin más. Las habitaciones están en fuera del templo, por lo que a las 17. No hay ningún tipo de contacto ni actividad para hacer ni te ofrecen info. La cena y el desayuno no explican los alimentos ni cómo tomarlos (de la cena hubo un niño chillando por la sala, bastante decepcionante), la cena muy bueno todo y el desayuno cositas más...
