“It was a wonderful room that was family friendly, enough room for parents to have their own space and kids separate. The property was wonderful, very family friendly in mind, with a fairy garden, chickens and a cubby house for the kids to play with plenty of room for them to run around in.
Room was clean and nicely soundproof.
Staff were so welcoming and lovely”

“The state of the drive into the accommodation is dreadfully potholed and needs to be graded. The facility itself was freezing. We had a soiled roll of toilet paper as our spare roll in our room. I tried to contact a staff member to get it changed but no one answered my many rings down at reception either that afternoon or the following morning. We had a lot of difficulty with the heating in the room. We tried to open the window to air the room but that wasn’t possible - it appeared stuck and...
