“Beautiful property. Far in the village but it's a nice drive. Big rooms. Amazing customer service. Only problem with my stay was the restaurant Lagos. Management had one server working on a Saturday night. She did an awesome job trying to juggle all the customers.”

“Hotel Tano is our favorite place in Guam and became like home to us. The enitre staff are phenomenal, helpful, and kind. They make you feel happy to walk in through the door. The shop has all of the essentials and then some! The laundry is a very helpful addition. The location is fantastic and in a very walkable around, near to everything you'll need.”

“The property is conveniently located to many stores and outlets. Staff are friendly and nice. As a returning customer, filling out paperwork repeatedly (same information the past 6 times I’ve stayed there this year, it is inconvenient to ask the same information over and over. Also, while I don’t have visitors, their requirement that each person visiting register at the lobby makes this location feel unwelcoming.”

“Room looks clean but found stuffs under the bed from previous occupants and air conditioning was not cold, we informed front desk about it but they just laughed about it like was a joke. I asked if the was cleaned before we checked in and was told not really”
