AC did not work very well. Hallway was cooler than the coldest setting of our AC unit and our room smelled musty. Wine and champagne glasses were left in the hallway our entire sty from other visitors. Location is great for the north end of Boston.

A posh and brand new facility, Building was designed from scratch from top down designed as a comfy hotel. Staff was great, facility was spotless clean. Only caveat, to be considered it is not in the middle of the busy city and I don’t think anything is in easy walking distance.
