All in all it was a wonderful stay! Close to Urayasu Station, several stores, shops, food court and supermarket right across the street from the hotel. A must go to is the supermarket with fresh fish, fruit and all sorts of great food! The food court is pretty good too. The only thing the hotel did not have was a gym. Other than that is was a wonderful place to stay and staff were extremely helpful.

Staff was very helpful and the place was immaculate! Super convenient right across of the train station and close to the mall and Lawsons, 7-11. A laundromat was about an 11min walk. Excellent service! Help offered before you even ask. This feels like an old school hotel. Facilities and rooms are a little dated but are very clean, which is what matters for me. Location is great-there is a bridge connecting the hotel to the train station and bus station. If you are using the airport limo bus, the stop is on the street outside of the main bus/taxi roundabout in front of the aeon mall/mona mall/ train station. Disney is about 2 stops away but they also offer a free shuttle to and from tokyo disney and disney sea. It is a 40 minute train ride to and from central tokyo, so take that into consideration if you are planning to just do disney for a few days and spending more days sightseeing in central tokyo.
