The staff were wonderful, greeting us cheerfully and having a helpful translation device on hand. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was small but adequate, given we were out all day, and the bathroom had everything we needed, including a western-style stand-up shower. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the railway station and shops, and was overall very good value.

Very convenient to train station and plenty of dining around the area. Good laundry service. Enjoyed daily breakfast, coffee, though wish there was some fruit options besides orange juice. Room was clean, comfortable, clean bathroom, very strong shower which we loved. My partner has bad arthritis in her knees so stepping UP into the bathroom at the entrance and the high side of the shower was a bit challenging for her to do with her knee issues. Never had to step up into a bathroom before in a hotel--may want to specify that in the description. Don't know if there were any rooms designed for handicapped people. Also the room itself was quite a bit smaller than I had anticipated when reserving online. We had large suitcases so it was a bit tight to open them in the entry way since there was no room around the bed area. Other than that, the room and hotel was perfect for our visit to family in Minami-Gyotoku and would be willing to stay in it again, now that we know what to expect.

はじめての宿泊でしたが，前日に荷物をホテルに送って(初めて)部屋に届いていました。 チェックインも夜遅くなってしまいましたが 受付でも，快く対応していただき有り難かったです。　朝食は食パンとバターロール サラダ3種類と軽食でしたがディズニーランドに朝早く出たので，ちょうど良い量でした。 お値段も安くて本当に良かったです。

場所と設備を考慮すると値段は安く、たぶんまた利用すると思う。 ただ、この部屋だけかもしれないが浴室や浴槽のはがれが目立ち、清掃できていないように見えて不快だった。（清掃は出来ていたとは思う） また、トイレのウォシュレットも壊れていた。 チェックイン時刻前に荷物を預けようとしたところ、チェックイン手続きをして貰えたりと、対応はよかった。 また、無料の朝食も個人的には大満足だった。

比較的お安く宿泊させていただきました。 ホテル自体は古く、所々劣化が見られました。 冷蔵庫がとても小さくペットボトル4本しか入らない大きさで、不便を感じました。 何より、スタッフの方々が誰一人元気がなく顔が常に無表情でびっくりしました。 わからない事があって話しかけても、ちゃんと説明や対応はしてくださるのですが声のトーンもずっと一緒でニコリともせず淡々とお話しされる感じです。すごく冷たい感じがして個人的には合わなかったです。 お客様として一切歓迎されてないように感じました。 今まで宿泊したホテルの中で1番良くなかったです。 お安く宿泊できましたが、次も泊まりたいなと思うことはなかったです。
