The shuttle bus to Disneyland and DisneySea was frequent and convenient. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Way better than anything I’ve had in North America. Service was excellent. I would absolutely stay here again!

The location was perfect for us. Beach in front of the hotel was clean, not crowded, and great to swim/snorkel. Close to dive shop, stores, and fish market with a great restaurant. Facility is older but kept clean with every other day room cleaning with fresh towels/PJ. Excellent and helpful staff. Laundry facility on site is great. You need to rent out kitchen equipment for very small fee—prearrangement was encouraged. Plates and bowels are plastic but adequate. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Two bedroom/two bathroom (only one bathroom with Washlet) was more than adequate for two adults and one teenager. We would stay here again.

Had a great 3-day stay at Maihama View. The room was spacious, clean, and very quiet. It was a comfortable stay and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend as the next best thing to an official Disney hotel. The free shuttle to and from the Bayside station was very reliable. Did not chose the breakfast included with stay, but in hindsight, would have absolutely reconsidered. The buffet looked very impressive.

Shuttle runs every 20 minutes between station and the hotel which is very convenient. Room is very spacious. Public bath charges extra but each room has a bath so you can still soak yourself to recover from long walking day.
