The room is always fresh with towels and clean, staff are always helpful and they’re everywhere, breakfast is all you can eat and there’s a coffee cup for takeout😄 (it’s good selection but just the same food everyday as we were there for 4 days all you can eat breakfast) air conditioning is either warm or too cold, there’s complimentary toothbrushes/tooth paste, other toiletries if you forgot to bring them and some complementary tea bags if you’d like to have hot beverage in your room

Took a taxi to this hotel all staff do not speak English but are so helpful with the aid of translation device The room we book had two single beds they looked quite small so ask to be moved cost for this was minimal The room was brilliant also the bathroom was a wet room with a bath! All shampoo etc were supplied plus toothbrushes creams and hairbrush Also tea and coffee supplies as there was a kettle in the room. Transport to and from both parks provided outside the front lobby Cafe/restaunt and shop in the lobby The only thing that the hotel did not have was ATM but hotel next but one had one. Breakfast was in the the restaurant brilliant choice

The rooms were clean and comfortable enough. However, their food options are not at all convenient or affordable. Their website was blatantly wrong about their offerings. The “all day” place is not much. And though it says you need no reservations, you do. The French place (that requires reservations) was never open. Basically, you eat out of the little snack store.

This hotel was very affordable and in a great location for going to the Tokyo Disney parks. It was very easy to use their free shuttles or to walk to the Bayside monorail or to Disneyland. That said, the hotel itself felt a little run down and old... my room had stains on the carpet and just felt dated. Everything worked fine though. The staff was not very helpful when I tried to ask them about luggage transfers and other questions... largely a language barrier, which wasn't solved even with translation apps. I felt like the staff didn't get a lot of foreign tourists and kinda didn't want to deal with the annoyance, fair enough, but did mean having to work some things out on my own.

The airport shuttle service was convenient. It only took about an hour to reach the hotel at night. When we arrived, the room was very clean and quiet. Morning breakfast was delicious. There was a good selection of food to choose from. My favorite was the fried chicken beside the rice and curry station. Also, I really like the Disney shuttle. Being able to travel back and forth from DisneySea, especially during rainy days, was a great privilege. On the other hand, the hotel staff was very polite and helpful. They called the taxi for us when we needed to go somewhere. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Disney in Japan.

We had a comfortable stay and loved that there was a free shuttle to Disney Parks and nearby train stations. The Airport Limousine Shuttle Bus picked up right out front and took us to Narita Airport which was extremely convenient. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and themed rooms.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was on the small side but nicely decorated in a nautical theme and very clean. Elevators were quick and quiet. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious breakfast items, Japanese and Western. Easy access/transportation to the Parks, Entertainment, Dining & Shopping that the resort offers.

It’s our fourth stay and we love the location convenience and family friendly ambiance. There was some confusion now that our little one is old enough for her own bed. Didn’t know we had an extra roll out bed until the day we left. Thankful for laundry, vending machines, convenience store and Disney store. Hope we can stay again soon!
