This was a great hotel near Tokyo Disney. Staff were so kind and helpful and there was transport to the Disney Parks or to the metro station. Many amenities were provided and there was a konbini and restaurant if needed. I highly recommend this hotel!!

It was just OK. They nickel and dime guests for everything. The buffet is super over priced and mediocre. No real other options for food nearby unless you are willing to taxi. So the options are a mini mart, expensive mediocre buffet, and super expensive reservation only French restaurant. Bus to Disneyland was convenient, but next time I’m going to stay further away from Disneyland so that we have more dining options.

Great value family hotel for Disney

Amazing family trip to Tokyo Disney, this hotel was perfect. the basic boat style room was big enough for our family of three, small fridge freezer, comfortable beds, all required amenities, PJs, toothbrush and paste, hairbrush, razor etc. Breakfast buffet was great value with good selection of western and traditional options, we were there for opening at 6.30 every morning which let us get the first shuttle bus to Disneyland park or to Bayside station for the monorail to Disney sea. We were able to get to both parks sufficiently early for a good position near the front of the queue.

Compared to last year, the process of check in was slow. Although there are so many staffs standing around the receptions and entrances, only a few staffs assisted customers at porter services or check in counters. However, room is clean as always, facilities of the hotel are nice. They offer quite convenient transportation services to both disney resorts as well as to Maihama Station.

We enjoyed the free breakfast. Our bags were kept while we were in Disneyland even though we were changing to another hotel. Very pleasant staff, on par with the deluxe Disney hotels. Interesting view of Space Mountain under construction. Could see some fireworks if you’re on the park side.

This is a nice hotel—the rooms are very clean, though they have a slightly older feel compared to some of the other Disney area hotels we've stayed at. The hotel offers transportation to Disney's downtown area in Japan. It's a bit of a walk to the tram station if you choose to go on foot. The hotel also has dining options, and they were able to hold our luggage while we were at the park, which is helpful if you need to check in early.

Near to the Disney park.

Hotel was extremely clean. large rooms and we had a view of the Disney castle, although another hotel or ride is being build which might obscure this. Staff where friendly and efficient. Breakfast has western and Japanese style food. Pleasant walk to the monorail which is approx. 7 mins away or you can get free shuttle.

Super Convenient to Disney, Fun themed room

Loved how close this was to Disney! I walked 15 min to Disneyland (and walked 30 minutes to DisneySea) the bus is very convenient and runs to either Disneyland or DisneySea - to the monorail. (Note - you pay for the monorail to the park entrance- coming from Florida I was not used to paying for the monorail - so have yen) I loved my room! In my wing it was themed like a cruise ship - even to stepping over threshold in bathroom - and the tub - I felt like I was on a cruise! And I could see Disneyland hotel and the monorail from my window - I absolutely loved it. I had a fabulous time - and hope to return some day for another Disney visit. And will definitely select Tokyo Bay Maihama First Resort again. I was never able to get a coffee from the shop - or a meal in the restaurant - because I left before they opened and got back after they closed. Would have loved some kind of lobby service "after hours" (but everything in the area seemed to close by 9-9:30 pm)

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel First Resort. The breakfast was terrible — very limited options and poor quality. The pillows were horrendous, flat and uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The room itself felt outdated, with old and unnecessary decor that really needs an upgrade. To make matters worse, I found long hairs both in the bathroom and on the bed sheets — completely unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Overall, the cleanliness and comfort were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially given the many better options available nearby.
