Nice, clean hotel, very close to disney. Offers shuttle to bay and maihama station to get into the parks and shopping area. The rooms were huge and my kids enjoyed the huge hot tub. Staff were nice and helpful.

The best thing about this hotel was the location to the monorail station. Most hotels have to take a bus to it where this is just easily walkable, or you could take their bus if it’s raining. The hotel was clean. The rooms were fabulous with many provided amenities. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The staff were all very helpful.

Next best thing to staying at a Disney hotel! Couldn’t get any closer to the train station. Hotel room was large and very packed with amenities. Bathroom was AMAZING. Would definitely stay here again!

Super close to tokyo disney, and the monorail is across the street. Staff are very helpful and nice, they do their best with English, but translators are everywhere, so that's not a problem. Very accommodating with luggage storage and delivery. Would stay again!

Very good access to Bayside Station for the Disney Monorail. You can take. Disney bus from the hotel to the station, but it’s not really necessary because the station is only about 100 yards away.. The rooms are huge by Tokyo standards. The hotel was built in the late 1980s, so the interiors resemble that period. I was fine with that. The only complaint I have is the Disney shop on the premises won’t let you try on clothing before buying. I realize they don’t have a dressing room and have limits, but telling customers to hold the garment up before a mirror isn’t all that helpful. You just lose sales. I’d like to stay here next time I come to the parks.
