Great location close to the Tokyo Disneyland monorail at the bottom of the driveway entrance. Rooms have good views, mine looked out to the bay. The hotel rooms are a good size but quite dated, large bathroom, the beds are very hard. It’s an ideal location for Tokyo Disneyland, trade off being an older hotel.

Awesome hotel with a great location. Breakfast served daily and real close to Disney. The staff was super friendly and even though they mostly speak Japanese they did their best to speak to me in English. Will definitely be staying there the next time I visit Japan

Clean room, room amenities were great, staff were helpful, AC works great in room and hallway. Walking distance to the station to Disney. Restaurant and store close earlier than Disneyland or DisneySea end time so we had no dinner option unless you can buy an expensive packaged food if you’re lucky to find in a low availability. No restaurants nearby hotels. No pool. This hotel is just for sleep not much for fun during stay

Great location just across the street from the monorail Bayside station. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. It’s a great option for the price, especially compared to the Disney and U.S. brand of hotels nearby. The only downside was that there were no food options or a place to buy snacks at this hotel other than their restaurant which was pricy. For food you’ll need to either buy it in the parks or go to Ikspiari via monorail.

The staff were all very nice, we had a bathroom leak under the carpet in our room the first night and we immediately got switched to a new room, it was an inconvenience but it was resolved quickly. The hotel was such an easy and close walk to the bayside station. There was no grab and go for breakfast options, they had a drug store but it didn’t open until 10. So it wasn’t convenient, and I found the breakfast to be pricey so we didn’t opt for that. Not all rooms have balconies, and there’s different views too.
