Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay is a wonderful family friendly option. We loved the complimentary shuttle. Cute room and wonderful housekeeping. Definitely will consider staying here again.

What a great hotel and base for exploring Disney Tokyo... The free shuttle bus was such a help. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and a chocolate buffet. The rooms were nice and a goodish size for a family of 4.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff members were all delightful from check-in to check-out. The lobby was bright and inviting. Our room was a sizeable area with a microwave, refrigerator and seating area. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was included with the stay. Our only regret is we didn't have more nights to stay here.

We had a nice stay at Comfort Suites. The staffs were friendly. The room was clean. Breakfast was great. Lawson is just connected to the hotel so my kids enjoyed spending 10 mins each day choosing their snacks and night desserts lol.

Good for family trips to Disney.

Overall a pretty good location for family trips, particularly if your itinerary involves visiting the Tokyo Disney parks. We stayed for 5 nights in total, and enjoyed the shuttle service to the parks and the size of the room (just nice for a family of 4). The condition of the hotel is great - complete with laundry and convenience store amenities in a very pleasant location.
