Didn’t receive a gate code. Had difficulty with it during my stay. Pool area not relaxing. We were sight seeing in the area, but the place is not a place you would want to relax around.

I will definitely tell and notify anyone in any Dell Webb communities to not use your facility if they are going to be looking for lodging close to the Chandler Regional Medical Center. To get there and then find out there is a parking fee(no where is there any indication of more charges included in the stay in any of your ads) is kind of a bait and switch-my own opinion. The room was not clean, even after the housekeeping crew came through-I did leave a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor.
Why would you put two adults, one at the age of 83, the other at the age of 85 in a room with a bathtub shower and a toilet with the height of the bathtub. Shame on your staff and the hotel chain if that is how they are run.
I took pictures and will gladly show them to anyone who is interested in staying in your facility.
