Vacations Close To Tiguex Park

Well, it’s worn down in some areas, but you could see that they were working on making improvements . It’s located in between a lot of commercial businesses . The room was small for four adults and ice maker only on the first floor, but it was perfect location for the Albuquerque balloon fiesta. We were able to see the balloons right out the hotel front doors. The staff was super friendly including when they were super busy and helpful. Would totally stay there again.

The amenities were not replaced daily. We were told the spa was open til 6 but everybody left at 5 and locked us in. WTHeck. We had 90 min massages and were told we could use the sauna til 6. That is where we were when everybody left work early!!!! Level 5 was great but the menu was too hoity toytee. We just ordered dessert and it was terrible.

Great room. Slept well! Enjoyed watching the balloons from our room.

Unfortunately this hotel was a disappointment. The room was large but there was no luggage rack and little closest space. The worst part was the bath and shower was peeling and very old. There was no tub mat so we used extra towels to line the tub so we wouldn’t have to step on the peeling surface. We were told all the rooms bath/shower were the same. This is unacceptable and false advertising on the part of the hotel. We realize the Balloon Fiesta increased the room prices but there should be a refund or discount for our stay. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Room was clean. Hair dryer didn’t work. Bed was comfy. Bathroom needs a lot work. Paint chipping. Fun comedy night . Parking is atrocious. We paid a lot per night and sometimes we had to park on the street. Some good. Some bad. But would not stay here again. Too expensive for the lack of amenities.

Very disappointing experience. I called ahead to correct my reservation and was told it would be taken care of. I had already paid through Expedia for the hotel’s best suite for two nights, but when I arrived, the reservation was still wrong. Now they are giving me a basic room and asking me to pay again. Very poor communication and customer service
