This hotel was amazing!!! The staff the room, the cleanliness the atmosphere everything was absolutely wonderful. The only tiny complaint that I had was that we didn’t have a phone in our room so we had a debacle when it came to trying to order room service. The staff was very helpful when it came to getting that taken care of and the food was amazing as well would definitely stay again.

Hotel and staff were wonderful. The first person i met was the valet (I wish I could remember his name. He is extra excellent) he gave me straight forward directions to self park and to bring my ticket to check in. Really a huge help from a long day. If I had it to do again I would have gone to dinner before I parked my car as the “Prime Rin French dip was just sorta ok. The gentleman that waited on me was great and my tip reflected his service rather than the quality of the food in the bar.

The Clyde is a beautiful hotel. It is well located in downtown Albuquerque. It is about 10 minutes from the airport. We weren't there long enough to enjoy the pool but it looked beautiful.

This is a beatufiul hotel downtown. The room was very nice and the atmosphere is nice inside. Not the safest place to walk outside in the evening when we went to get dinner. Only complaint otherwise is valet was not around when we arrived and slow to respond when finally did show up.

5 stars ⭐️ for the Front Desk Staff! Every single one of them have been exceptional in their customer service and it is nice to experience excellence in service especially when it seems rare these days. I will check out the other Heritage Hotels in New Mexico as a result of how happy and informative the staff here are! Rooms are clean and the pool is very nice! The 1922 lounge staff and food exceeded my expectations! I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to ABQ!

This is an older property that has been refurbished. This is one of my favorite places to stay in Abluq. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The location is centrally located with quic access to the airport, old town and many great resturants. Rooms prices are reasonable . Their workout facility wasn't just an afterthought.

Hands down the best hotel in Albuquerque! The overall experience is second to none. The Clyde Hotel made my mom’s birthday weekend truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with so much warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. A very special thank you to Yaya, who went above and beyond to make our stay feel incredibly special. She remembered me from a previous visit, made us feel so welcomed, and surprised us with an amazing upgrade to the executive suite. The room was absolutely beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. What meant the most was the kindness behind everything. Yaya made my mom feel celebrated, and that is something neither of us will ever forget. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making our experience memorable, and she absolutely succeeded. The entire stay felt thoughtful, personal, and special. Thank you, Yaya, and thank you to The Clyde Hotel for such an amazing experience. My mom and I will always remember this birthday weekend and the kindness shown to us. We will definitely be back.
