“Daughter had a shower when we got there and was in the shower no longer then 5 mins and lost all hot water for the night! Aircon wasn’t big enough to warm the room and no extra blankets provided. Couldnt get onto anyone for assistance with anything. Something had been spilt all through the fridge and looks like it had been there for a long time. Very disappointed at how clean the room was. The service was good up until we got there then nothing. Maybe I’m unlucky but I will not be staying here...

“My first comment was how clean the room and bathroom was. That stood out for me. There was a desk and chair, with a close power point for the laptop. The only complaint I had was that I couldn't get the heater to go. I pointed the controller at it, pressed and nothing seemed to happen.”

“Very clean and charming cabins. The staff were very helpful and accommodating when we forgot to let them know we were towing a camper trailer. Being pet-friendly sealed the deal. Highly recommend if you’re passing through Parkes!”

“Property was convenient for our stay in Parkes. There was some leftover grime in our bathtub but the hotel were apologetic about it and offered other services to make it up to us. They were quick to respond to the earlier feedback I'd left on Expedia so I appreciated the overall service we received.”
