“Its a quirky building and we had to duck a couple of times. The room was clean and comfy with all the amenities required. The restaurant offered a good selection and did cater for Gluten Free. We ended up having a very enjoyable 3 courses with drinks. The complementary breakfast was delicious too. All the staff we interacted with were polite and lovely but the star was Zoe. She showed us to our room, made sure we had a table near a breeze in the restaurant. Made recommendations and was so...

“From the moment we walked into reception we felt valued and treated as if we were a valued customer. “Loved this posh B&B. Beautiful old building set in a delightful town. Great base to explore places like Wells next the Sea, Sheringham, Holkham and Blakeney. Friendly attentive staff. Lovely food. Comfortable room. The attention to detail made it even better. Goodnight cookies shaped like moons. Free after dinner chocolates in the residents only bar. Welcome biscuits in the room. Complimentary toiletries that smelt yummy. Loved reading about their 25 year journey and looking at all the photos....

“Very helpful and welcoming staff”

“Having no idea where to stay in Holt, for a few days; I looked online and decided on The Feathers. I was not disappointed. Everything was really fine: The Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. The bedroom pleasant and comfortable. And what a choice for Breakfast. I did enjoy an evening meal there with friends. Obviously a popular venue with people; Service was efficient from a good Menu range. Thank you.”

“Cosy, welcoming and unique. Very good staff and excellent breakfast. Will definitely return and recommend to friends. Great experience.”
