“I would have loved to have given a 10/10 but unfortunately whilst the property is great value for a stop over and breakfast was good, there is a drainage issue, and the bathrooms in the 2 rooms we booked smelt strongly of blocked drains as did the car parking area so clearly a problem that needs to be resolved.
