“Room was tidy and clean with a fancy towel display on the bed, (nice touch for the wife). The staff was friendly and polite and made conversation with you, the bar staff was just the same, even the manager made polite conversation about the history of the pub. The bar food l👀k’d amazing. Breakfast, there was plenty to choose from, plus, what I call a good builders breakfast. When we are in the neighbourhood we would stay there again. Thanks to everyone”

“Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed.
