Older building had some water issues and could hear the plumbing in the walls. Close to airport and staff was great. If you need to utilize the shuttle it was good.

I think guests should be informed about the incidental hold before arriving for check-in. It was frustrating to find out at the front desk that a $400 hold was required before I could receive my room key. This information should be communicated clearly during the booking process so guests can plan accordingly and come prepared with the appropriate payment card.
Although I enjoyed my stay overall, the check-in experience was stressful and could have been much smoother with better communication beforehand. I hope management considers making this information more visible to future guests.
