“One job, to be hospitable while providing a comfortable room for the night. I’m not concerned if some of the grout is discoloured or the paintings are a bit faded but having the hot water turn off abruptly when someone else has a shower, outside lights that light up your room all night plus a host with attitude sort of misses the point. Getting antsy when we asked if having arrived earlier than expected and could we check in 1 hour earlier (needed to get changed for a wedding) and then charging...

“Fantastic stay, tidy room with everything we needed. There was an ensuite in our room (listed as adjacent on listing but can confirm it's attached to the room). Highly recommend and excellent price.”

“The room was ok for the price. Downsides were; I couldn't park in front of my room, they didn't turn the heat on untill I arrived and in the middle of winter the room was freezing, and very draughty due to the open slat bathroom windows (it was frigid in the morning). The shower had shaving stubble on the wall, so cleanliness could've been better, and there was no bathmat provided for the freezing cold floor.
