Vacations Close To The Empire Theatre

The construction noise was quite intense, but the staff moved me to a room away from the noise without any fuss.

The room was great and the staff were wonderful as well! The breakfast selection was also excellent. I would definately stay there again!

Initially I as put in a room that was very dated and the wallpaper was peeling off in multiple places. Looked like it was a drug den from the ‘90’s. Then one day they were doing very loud construction in the hallway, so I asked if they could move my room. I was moved into a king suite that was fully updated and beautiful. Pay for the king suite if possible. Overall staff was great and helpful.

Amazing Hotel and Staff. Good location, great cleaning, nice bed, good amenities and beautiful view from my bed! Definitely Toor will be us hotel in Toronto for ever!

The breakfast was ok. I got it free and it said it was worth $34 but it was about the same as a free one you would get at other hotels. Rooms are nice and big. TVs could use an upgrade

There is no human contact. You get a code.. you go to door beside an A&W. You go up some stairs and enter the room with a second code. Its very basic, but given the price in downtown Toronto, it was a good place to crash. Clean and tidy. If you know the neighbourhood, you hear the locals all night and there are some pretty colourful characters on the street. Room was small, so one person fine, two people.. probably cramped. Not sure I would feel extremely safe if I was a single young lady.
