Beautiful property, friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, great location. We adore the Villas at Poco Diablo and look forward to returning here.

The place was a 2 story townhouse and so much larger then expected. Everything was clean and well cared for. The kitchen contained everything needed to cook. It was extremely comfortable and felt homey. It was nice and quiet, the staff very friendly and helpful.

Jocelyn at front desk was exceptional! Jim “ the manager” was a rude, and invasive entity that injected himself into a conversation I was having with Jocelyn. That completely changed the dynamic of check in, from no big issue to a very contentious interaction. No professionalism on his part. Been coming to this location over 25 years, never saw him before hope to never see him again. The rest of the staff has never been an issue, always very nice and helpful. I have 3 more reservations this year and look forward to coming back.

They say they have a Hot Tub but it was like a co tub!!! Don’t say you have a hot tub if the water isn’t the least bit hot !!!!!

The property was well maintained overall with well groomed lawns and plants. The room was very clean as well. The pool was also clean and well maintained with both the indoor and outdoor sections. The location of the resort was also very convenient as it was within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants as well as the Red Rock state park. The one thing that was disappointing was the air conditioning not working in the upstairs section with the summer temperatures being over 90 degrees. We called maintenance and they said they couldn’t really do anything about it so we spent two nights sleeping in hot conditions making do with a couple of fans.

Excellent place to stay! We will be back here and stay longer. So comfortable, clean and great breakfast 💕

The staff was great and very accommodating. The spa was clean and comfortable. We will be coming back again!
