The place is nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the bedroom tv would not turn off. I had to unplug it. It was quiet and relaxing. It is close enough to the strip if you want hit a casino or a show, and you don’t have to deal with the loud noise. It was a little weird to have the bath tub in the bedroom. But for couples that could be a plus.

The stay at the Rio was not what I expected there was fee's for everything and the rooms was just that a room the only thing in the was standard room not worth the price

Excellent customer service! We, family, come from California often (I would say quarterly, if not more) and I was really impressed with our stay at the Harrah’s. The accommodations are very clean and staff very friendly! Very impressive! So grateful we had great family time!
