Vacations Close To Staten Island Ferry Whitehall Terminal

Like the location just outdated.

Although the stay includes a complementary breakfast, I would not bank on that. The breakfast bar was very busy and packed with people. People were eating standing in the hallway. The room was clean and staff were helpful and respectful. The AC in my room did not seem adjustable, it was slightly warmer than I would have liked, but MUCH better than the temperature outside that day.

No elevator and small room

Heather did a great job cleaning our room. Breakefast at Freedman was good. Yogurt was amazing. Only complaint is the size of the juice for kids.

Air conditioning worked great the staff was friendly but the rooms had no mini fridge rooms were clean

Location, location, location. 5 stars rating at the heart of NYC. walking distance for most of the attractions. Easy to drop off and pick up my family as long as you can find a nearby parking garage. Room is clean and house cleaning is always done by mid-day. only complain I have is the noise from the AC.
