Great location in the heart of Boston.

We had a late check-in and most likely got the last room, which was a handicapped room (we did not request one). The room was very musty smelling (they allow pets in some of the rooms and we feel this was one of them), the bathroom was a handicapped bathroom (even though the front desk person insisted it was not), the A/C barely worked and the guests above us had a very squeaky bed that squeaked all night long. We asked to be moved the next morning and they did move us to a much better room (in other words, the room we should have gotten in the first place). After that our stay was fine, but I do find it odd that we had to pay for a Continental breakfast. Never had that before. I can understand if it is a full restaurant and you are ordering off a menu, but the items offered were exactly what is offered with a Continental breakfast. It is conveniently located right off the highway, although it is hidden behind a shopping mall. It's an older hotel and definitely needs some upgrades. I was also surprised to see the front desk staff in jeans. Not too professional in my book. Anyway, I didn't think it was worth the nightly rate.
