Vacations Close To Aruba Cruise Terminal

Everything was clean and smelled fresh. The pool was excellent. kitchen had all the supplies we needed. If they could supply small trash bins in the rooms that would be a perfect add on. Would definitely consider coming back in the future.

The food is excellent , the rooms are clean and staff are nice people

My wife and I had a great stay at the Riu Palace Aruba. The property was pristine they had lots of staff insuring the property and rooms were kept clean. The food was really good and plentiful, and the service was good as well. I would.highly recommend upgrading to the elite club to us it was definitely worth the extra cost.

Our room was spacious and nice. They cleaned it very well. Just make sure your “do not disturb sign” is not on outside of room because they will not come in to clean it if it is. Our room was in front of the beach which was nice . We were given a room in the last building which was inconvenient because you had to walk a good ways to get to the lobby of the resort , where the pool and the restaurants were. So if you have issues walking request something close. by. They did offer shuttles to come and get you to take you where you needed to go. Sometimes they came quickly and sometimes not so much. I have issues with strength in my legs and at times would have difficulty getting on the shuttles. Some of the shuttle drivers would just watch me trying to get on instead of offering the stool they had which made it much easier. Need better customer service in that area in my opinion. Beach view was gorgeous. Use the resort app to make reservations for the different restaurants. All in all we had a good time.
