“The cleaning in the room was excellent. However, we didn't feel that the staff was friendly, we felt not welcomed. They have a ski room but is without the lockers. You leave them unattended. Breakfast was decent, could be improoved. The bread was very dry. The rooms are not well isolated, you could hear everything from the other rooms or from outside, but if you ski all day during the night is quiet. Whenever you were moving in the bed, yuu hear noise from the mattress , it was annoying in...

“Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a Livigno e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La stanza era molto spaziosa, grande, accogliente e soprattutto impeccabile: tutto perfettamente in ordine e pulito, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo durante tutto il soggiorno. “Mi è piaciuta la posizione e la colazione. Tutto il resto veramente al limite, insonorizzazione camere pessima per non parlare del rumore assordante 24 ore su 24 di un motore (proviene dalle grate) dal vicolo dell’albergo, qualità cibo bassa (da turista straniero) o comunque fatto male, gestito in maniera strana l’organico, odore sgradevole ingresso nello specifico zona pranzo/cena. Non ci tornerei nemmeno fosse gratuito”

“Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, sembra di essere a casa! Ci mettono tanto amore e si vede (e questo è quello che dovrebbero fare tutti i gestori di una struttura alberghiera). Cucina ottima, piatti preparati con cura e passione, ma soprattutto materie prime di qualità. Struttura pulita e dotata anche di un grazioso centro benessere (se ci fosse anche la piscina sarebbe il top!). Torneremo sicuramente! Continuate così!”
