The hotel looked a bit rundown from the outside, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a large, bright reception area and a welcoming receptionist. Our room was ready, so she let us check in an hour early and we went to have a look at our room. “Most important was the friendly pleasant staff . The hotel is comfortable with everything you need provided in your room . Meals are excellent .Our second visit and we will definitely return again. Good Northern Irish humour and stories with staff and customers . Fabulous relaxing weekend”

“The hotel was a bit dull, I had to pay in advance; although I had to pay an expensive room, they charged me an extra cost of more than 30 pounds to change the king bed to twin beds which is unacceptable and additionally we were located in a room for disabled people although we requested a different one. The options in the breakfast were very poor and the service a bit slow. I would not recommend this hotel at all: too expensive and poor service and it is not even well located.”
