Staff were all very polite and helpful, but the hotel is opposite a construction site and our room was facing the road and the site, so it was very noisy and as we stayed for 5 nights, it was becoming unbearable, if we were staying longer, I would have asked for another room facing the car park. It was a good base for us as we were driving around Northern Ireland on holiday and wanted a spot in the centre which we could set out from each day.
