The house is older, but was very clean and cozy. We found the beds to be really comfortable! The pool and all the games and toys were really fun. Our family enjoyed it immensely. There is a weird situation with the property that requires you to drive 5 mph on the entry because of fancy horses and a grouchy neighbor. That was annoying, but didn't impact us because we're rule followers. But, it seems to be overkill and the neighbor WANTS to have drama. So be aware.
