Nice hotel, well located near the Gaslamp.

Room 403 , has a loud noise continuously , I’m not sure from a/c or what , bothers me to sleep , We arrive on hr earlier hoping there’s an available room the receptionist told us to wait , we waited at the lobby , we were the only couple at that time waiting till another couple arrives n same waited also like us for the 4 pm check in times , but WHY the receptionist came where all of us are sitting n called them particularly , we were there first than them . .
