“When we checked into our room, we were extremely disappointed with the condition of the accommodation. The room had bugs/insects, visible marks and stains, and was not in the condition we expected based on the booking description. This made our stay very uncomfortable and unacceptable. “This is nothing more than a basic airport hotel. The photos are misleading and it is of much lower quality than it appears. The food is terrible and the service even worse. If staying here you will need super low expectations or just choose somewhere else, it’s not worth what they are charging. The deluxe room should have come with a patio or terrace seating area according to the description but only came with a step. The doors to the room are patio doors and offer no insulation against noise....

Evidentemente fui al cambio y sin contestar ni nada me dieron una nueva tarjeta con una nueva habitación. La habitación estaba dos pisos arriba y NADIE me ayudó a subir las dos maletas de 25 kgs cada una a pesar de que había gente ahí viendo como apenas podía cargar tan si quiera una maleta.”

When we 1st arrived at Wailoaloa resort reception, the girl working at the desk was very rude and lazy. “El hotel es ideal para hacer noche si tienes un vuelo temprano o si llegas muy tarde y quieres descansar antes de continuar a otro hotel. Habitaciones sencillas, sin ascensor a la segunda planta. Puedes ir a pie al aeropuerto, pero aun asi, el hotel tiene servicio shuttle gratuito que es una opción muy buena si no quieres cargar con las maletas.”
